While Ed’s experience spans from startups to Fortune 500 companies, his passion is in helping assist those individuals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders that have altruistic goals. One of his proudest achievements is founding Digital Bridges 4 Nepal, a foundation geared towards helping remote areas of the Himalayas.
Altruistic Coaching, or coaching to assist you in realizing an altruistic goal or project, will help you to make that dream a reality, to grow a global community of kindness.
Ed focuses also on developing your legacy. He will help you see your desire of altruism become reality, so you affirm your compassionate nature. As the the founder of DB4N, he has touched hundreds of students and teachers in the remote areas of the Himalayas.

1:1 Leadership coaching
Like a companion on the journey, sometimes prompting your inner-self to figure out the next steps, often asking you to go broader and deeper, to affirm your inner values.
Ed will support you to navigate the complexity of the environment you face to develop collaborative processes to affirm your authentic leadership globally. This will allow you to achieve breakthrough results.
Typical coaching programs last 6 months, with 3 or 4 sessions a month, some of them in person. Programs start at $12,000 for 6 months.

Executive Team coaching
Ed is a Systemic Consultant and Master Coach who has worked for 30 years with dozens of Executive teams, in the USA, Asia and Europe. He is based in New York, USA.
Programs with Entrepreneurial and Executive teams address situations from the inception of a new organization to its cyclical growth, allowing the teams to develop authentic collaboration, thus engaging necessary transitions, and always reconciling expected results with the human factor.
Typical assignments include a combination of 2 days off site sessions and leaders being coached individually over a 6 to 9 months.Programs start at $50,000 per year.
Service culture

Ed is a Service Culture consultant. Programs are tailored on a need basis, and include internal focus groups and definition of Service Blue Prints, engagement of the leadership teams to implement a service culture, measured through external and internal guest satisfaction programs. Major projects involved Delta Airlines’ Sky Clubs repositioned as as a hospitality culture, and Academy du Service in Paris.
Proposal are made after a first assessment of each request.
These programs are engaged for a minimum of $100,000.
